Cashew kernels, sourced directly from Vietnam.
We help global importers, traders, and food brands source W180, W240, W320, W450, SW, and LP grade cashew kernels from verified Vietnamese processors — with quality control, logistics, and documentation handled end-to-end.
Cashew kernel grades, explained.
Vietnam exports the full AFI/CEPC grade range. Below are the most commonly traded grades. Specs follow international standards — count per pound, color, and breakage tolerance.
The world's largest cashew kernel exporter.
Vietnam processes both domestic raw cashew nuts (RCN) from Binh Phuoc and imported African RCN, exporting more processed kernels than any other country. Three reasons it dominates the trade.
Processing scale & consistency
Mechanical shelling, peeling, and grading lines have matured over three decades. Quality variance between lots is among the lowest globally.
Logistics infrastructure
Cat Lai and Cai Mep deep-water ports near Ho Chi Minh City handle direct-call services to LA, Long Beach, Hamburg, Rotterdam, and major Asian hubs.
Documentation maturity
Vietnamese processors routinely issue Form A/B certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and lab test reports for aflatoxin, moisture, and microbials.

What buyers usually ask.
What cashew grades does Vietnam export?
Vietnam exports the full AFI/CEPC grade range: W180 (kingsize), W240, W320 (most common), W450 (smaller whole), SW (scorched whole), WW (white wholes), LP/SP (large/small pieces), and butts. W320 is the most traded grade globally.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most Vietnamese processors quote per 25-lb vacuum-packed cartons, with typical MOQs of 1 FCL 20ft (around 17.5 metric tons). Smaller LCL shipments are possible but cost-inefficient.
How long does shipping take from Vietnam?
Sea freight from Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai) to US West Coast (LA/Long Beach) takes around 18–24 days. East Coast adds another 10–14 days via Panama. To Northern Europe (Hamburg/Rotterdam): roughly 28–35 days.
Is Vietnamese cashew higher quality than Indian or African cashew?
Vietnam processes both domestic RCN and imported African RCN. Vietnamese processing is generally regarded as top-tier in mechanical shelling, peeling, and grading consistency, which is why Vietnam is the world's largest cashew kernel exporter.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Standard documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A or Form B), phytosanitary certificate, and food safety/health certificate. Buyers may also request third-party lab tests for aflatoxin, moisture, and microbial counts.
How is payment usually structured?
Common terms: 30% T/T deposit + 70% against copy of B/L; or irrevocable L/C at sight. For first-time orders, deposit + balance against shipping documents is standard.
